The settlement is medium sized, centered around the shack complex, with a tract of land to the north for crops and water wells, as well as other structures. If the raiders can be cleared out, this settlement could be reborn as another settlement for the commonwealth Minutemen.
This settler camp was built around an old relay station and was recently overrun by a raider crew under the command of a heavily armed (and armored) ne’er-do-well named Boomer.
